I fly nearly every week and stop here, usually without incident despite the occasional wait due to the crowds... to be expected. However, the street language being used amongst the workers in their conversation this morning was offensive, even to someone who grew up on the street! I would expect better when serving the public.

It's a Dunkin, and it's in an airport, so I fully expect to pay the airport tax. However, I tried to get a breakfast sandwich with the veggie egg white instead of a fried egg and they wanted to charge me an extra $3! No other Dunkin charges me extra for that, but I'd still pay a little extra knowing I'm in an airport. But $3 extra on top of airport prices?! That makes the whole thing almost $10! I walked away and went to the Starbucks next door.

The location at gate E36, terminal 2, needs some serious attention. The cashier was unable to comprehend her duties, and had difficulty dealing with cash. Top it of is the fact the self service counter was filthy and in need of supplies. Customer service and a good customer experience is lacking with this location. Probably ought to have management pay a little more attention to this location as it reflects the company as a whole.

The woman with the red hair took my order. She noticed the cook forgot to make my sandwich. She promptly made it instead and gave me an extra one for the inconvenience. Thank you! That made my day!
