Always service with a smile!!
Rude barista. He told me my coffee wasnt ready when it was and refused to make a fresh one. Went back a second time and the same barista did same thing
I’ve never had a problem with any starbucks before. However, I was waiting for my drink today and a woman beside me asks the employee named Alexis if she added whip cream in her drink. The employee said she assumed that she didn’t want any whip cream. The woman politely told Alexis /twice/ to add whip cream in her drink. The employee replied with a sarcastic attitude and a straight face saying, “cool! Can you take the lid off?” It made me feel uncomfortable to see an employee treat a nice customer that way over what is a simple fix. As someone who has worked in customer service before, I do not understand why AN EMPLOYEE would be so rude to a nice customer. I’ve seen customers start scenes over small mess ups, but this woman was not mad at all, but she seemed uncomfortable at the employees attitude as well. Customer service is difficult, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to be automatically rude.
Ordered hot chocolate for family of 4 and was very disappointed. I never had a worse tasting drink in a very long time. 3 of them had peppermint and that was even noticed. It was a lady with tattoos on her arms and not sure if her fault or Starbucks Hot Chocolate is really that bad on Christmas Eve. Will not return to this location that’s for sure.
All love everyone that works at this location. Great customer service.
