I won’t condemn the whole place based off the service i just received from one of the managers named CHRIS (Taller slightly overweight white guy).nnI visit this location frequently as it’s very close to my job and the mobile app is great to use. On occasions the app will be weird and say that i used a deal when i haven’t. Previously(multiple times) when I show proof that i haven’t used that app or coupons the manager will honor the deal as any great manager who prides themself off customer service.nnWhen i presented this to Chris today(3/29/21) he said he won’t honor. Gave me no explanation other then saying I’m not the other managers and followed with their not here.nnThe worst customer service i experienced in that place and came from Manager CHRIS whose suppose to be the one who trains the staff to be more like. I’m happy to say the staff I’ve dealt with is nothing like this guy.

Only problem I had the fries were cold. I heated them up and they were horrible. This not the first time.nIf you heat them in the microwave for 20 or 30 seconds they taste like rubber. For cold fried I'll rate it zero. Overall I'll rate it 5 stars.

Bit of a wait, food was fresh. Orders were mixed up from the double line ordering. Overall, I do like ud83dudc4d going to this McDonald's, because my food 8s usually fresh here.

McDonald is not what it used to be, the cashier was friendly, but my double cheeseburger was cold, the cheese was not melted and both of my apple pies were cold, just like they were not even put in a microwave. This this the third different McDonalds I've gone to this year and the same thing everytime. I'm off to Burger King, they are slow, but the food is hot and good.
