Quick and friendly service. The food is always hot, but they could go a little easy on the salt for the fries. Sometimes they do forget an item, but have no issue fixing their mistakes.
I ordered the new spicy chicken sandwich and when I got it , it was drenched in the sauce. Which is to freaking hot. Then when someone ask for ketchup don't just grab a gigantic large amount when they only had 2 fries. That is just wasting.
Service was great also fresh biscuits on breakfast sandwiches and unlike other locations you dont set at the drive threw speaker for 10 minutes without a answer or much less the sound of a cricket in the speaker. Keep up the good work !!!!!!!
My son wanted a happy meal so we decided to stop at the one on Brown Rd and St. Charles Rock Rd. It was crowded of course but their staff moves fast and food is always great, but tonight I went in because the drive thru was packed. Walked in stood their for five minutes before someone took my order. I'm standing their waiting on my order seen an employee walk in and out twice with no gloves on her hands. Upon returning to the inside she never disinfected her hands but proceed to the food area to start putting my son's happy meal together. I asked her did she disinfect her hands before making my sons food she puts it back on the counter and walks to the drive thru window still didn't disinfect her hands now she is handed drinks to another employee. I had to ask the manager to make me another meal after I explained to him twice how she went outside twice and never disinfected her hands before making food
