Arrives 2 hours before our flight (which is pretty standard) to check in and there is nobody at the check in counter. Called customer service and they said that the attendants only work 2:15pm to 6:30pm. So we got here early to wait on them.

Missed our flight and lady at counter wouldn’t help us. We were told we had to call their 800 number. Nobody answered or ever returned our call. Then they held our luggage, and again, nobody would answer phone or return our messages. Had to drive 2.5 hours, one way, and airport assistant got into their room to give us our luggage. Customers service with these people is terrible!!!
