Save A Lot

Katrina & Diana are EXCEPTIONAL employees and HUGE assets to this store and company! Most other employees are really nice and friendly, in exception to a couple... but, Katrina & Diana go way beyond what is expected of them every time!nnAs a customer going to a smaller discount grocery store, I don't expect top notch service, however, this place delivers such service to me, and my family everytime we're there, especially from Katrina & Diana, they NEVER fall short! They ALWAYS have the store clean, organized and stocked to the fullest! You won't ever see these 2 standing around, they are always busy working hard and even though they are, they still take the time to greet you! No other grocery stores in town personally greet & welcome you every time you go in.nnMy family and I greatly appreciate the service these 2 provide for us! They need to be recognized for everything that they do for this store on Telegraph Rd. Without them, it would just be your average store. They definitely deserve the recognition and to be the faces of that company. I hope they know how much of a difference they make for all of us! Especially during these difficult times. This store is kept VERY clean and organized at all times. The employees are very hardworking and take their jobs seriously, you can definitely see they care about their jobs and their customers.nnEvery employee is always very nice, professional and personal to each customer, it's not the same thing with each customer, they talk to you individually and treat you differently than the last customer, which is rare.nnThere's one employee in particular that is one of the best cashiers and all around just a great, caring person. Her name is Katrina. She always goes above and beyond what is expected of her, not only with me, but with all other customers as well. I've witnessed it on several occasions.nnToday stuck out in a big way, there was an older lady in the electric wheelchair checking out who was partially blind and clearly had mobility issues. Katrina made sure her checkout experience was as easy as possible by putting the groceries on the belt for her, and since the order was small, she also bagged the items for her. The customer also asked about bringing the electric wheelchair back in, Katrina told her that she would come out and get it to make it easier on her.nnThere's not many people like this in the world, or in customer service. You can tell that Katrina genuinely loves her job, and genuinely cares for the customers and the store. This is very appreciated and goes a long way for all us when we go in to shop. We know that we will be treated like family and will enjoy our shopping experience.nnKatrina is a huge asset to your store and company. I would definitely commend her for a job very well done and do everything to keep her there! Thank you Save A Lot for having such awesome employees at the Telegraph location!

Very disappointing. I just needed a pack of hotdog buns, and a pack of hamburger buns, so I didnt grab a cart, so of course I grabbed a few more items on the way to checkout, so my arms were full. There was only one lane open. The cashier was waiting on a couple who had two full carts. So i was waiting for a while, then several other people got in line behind me. So now there are four people in line, and the cashier was still on the couple's 1st cart. So I asked the cashier if she could please call up another cashier. She does, and the cashier looks at us, and says are you kidding me? (Apparently, she didnt think that the line was long enough, that she was needed. ) Then the 1st cashier, says ya, I guess some people are impatient. Then the second cashier that was waiting on me, didnt say anything to me, just started throwing stuff in the cart, very rudely, and said my total. I paid, then I said thank you, have a good day, and she threw my receipt at me, and still said nothing. I could not believe how rude she was being, and the 3 people behind me were also astonished by her behavior. I then said, I'm really sorry that we bothered you, by making you do your job. She still said nothing, and waited on next customer. As I was bagging my groceries, I watched, and she was very rude to everyone she waited on. I could tell, the other customers, were just as upset about it as I was. We should not of been treated this way.

I love going to this store everyone is always nice..The store is always clean,And the cashiers are always fast...
