My friend drove me so I went where she did. Id rather dollar general and today was a perfect example to why. The store smells weird and the cashier wasn't friendly. Dollar General is right across the street and Rita is usually always at work she has customer service in the bag.
Vernon was very polite and professional. It was packed and he could have used more help. Clean store. Average Family dollar experience.
Open your doors at 9 o clock like you're supposed to. This is the third time I've been here at 9 and no one opened the store. Each time i watched several customers go elsewhere. It is 9: 16 and doors are still locked
Service was very poor at this location usually very excited to visit this location but the systems was down and stood in line for 15 minutes to only walk out with nothing .,do better
as you see the owner could care less. They will never reply to reviews... they dont care cuz they know you'll still come in and drop off money! You can't hurt them with reviews but you can shoot them in their wallets... stop shopping in here and see what changes... hum???
