Love my public storage employee Tami she is the best and most friendliest person u could ever need. She helped and still continues to help me whenever i need her to. She has made my experience there the most pleasant experience there ever was. I cant wait to see her friendly smiling face every time i go there which is mostly every day. If you need storage i recommend the Public Storage on Forder Rd. You cant ask for any better of a facility and especially property manager. From the first time you are there you will feel at home. I have been there 3 years and i have no plans to go anywhere else in a long time for my storage. Its location is very convenient to anything and anywhere that you happen to need to stop at before or after you go to your storage shed. So i recommend the Public Storage on Forder for all your storage needs and for the best service from the best property manager Tami with the best smile and friendliest service you can no where else. You will find no one else that has the amount of pride she has and puts in making her facility the best storage facility around. Her smiling face and awesome attitude alone makes it worth renting storage from her facility. I will NEVER go anywhere else for my storage rental. Love you Tami you are the best there is !!!!

When we moved to Florida in 2020 we needed to make the move in stages, and had to put several of our personal items in storage. Public Storage at 3850 Forder Rd, St. Louis, MO was the perfect location for us. The rental process for 2 units was super easy. We worked with Tami and she was so friendly and easy to work with!! Highly recommend!! Thank you!!

Reserving online was easy. Office personnel kindly solved a small issue at check-in and with a billing issue after move-out. Would use again.
