I love their pizza, and have been coming here for years. The reason I am leaving such a low review is that I went to pick up my order and saw that not a single employee inside was wearing a mask during a pandemic despite the county mandate. I don't know if I'll come back to this location, which sucks considering it's the closest one to my home
Rude staff! If you want to feel like your robbing the place just walk in the door to pick up your order omg rip racanelli's.
Pizza the right way. Fresh and foldable. Great crust.
We used to love Racanelli’s but will never be back after ordering pickup from the one in Webster. We ordered online and the order was 40 minutes late. Employees were not friendly over the phone while we tried to figure out when the order would actually be ready. No workers were wearing masks while prepping food or interacting with one another, and the worker who finally brought out order also didn’t wear a mask to interact with us and the other waiting customers.
Food was Amazing and the manager Dustin (I believe) went Above and Beyond!!! Really appreciate the Amazing service!!!!
