Today I ordered a sandwich through the drive through. The sandwich was fine, normal. However we also wanted some day old bread loaves, which they had none. Upon asking if we could purchase some fresh loaves, they said no they didn't have enough. I understand that sometimes supplies are limited, but this is Jimmy Johns, isn't bread an essential part of the business? Shouldn't they always have extra on hand? How hard is it to put some bread in the oven on a regular basis? Get with it Jimmy John!

This is the second time I’ve ordered delivery from this location and they don’t have a delivery driver. The first time was about two months ago and I waited an hour and a half for me to call up there to cancel because it had been taking so long just for them to tell me they had no delivery driver and had already cancelled it. Would have been nice to have a phone call, because if I wouldn’t of called I wouldn’t had known and would’ve never gotten my food wondering why. And today i decided to give them another chance but I received a phone call (which was better) saying they already sent their delivery driver home for the day (1:30pm) but they don’t close till 3:00? I’m usually pretty lenient with things but What’s the point of advertising everywhere and saying they’re freaky fast if they never have a delivery driver.

Put an order in online and went to pickup. The door was locked and so we pulled yo the driv thru window. We sat there for prob 5 min before they said anything to us and then told us to hold on and we sat there for a long time and nothing. Finally the guy asked if he could take our order and we explained we put one in. We pulled around and no one opened the window or greeted us and then the guy hands it out and pretty unfriendly and there was NO ONE literally NO ONE In the parking lot. Why did we wait 20 min total for an order we placed online? Poor and we will never go back

This location is frequently understaffed. That being said, i have only had 1 bad delivery experience and it was drivers first day. No problem with that, I have been there! All the other times my service has been great, my food has been great and when they are short on drivers they usually apologize for how long it took AND for not being able to call because of being short staffed. Keep up the good food and people will come back!

Never get my order right. Only when the rican or mexican guy is there. I got a raisan cookie instead of a chocolate chip a turkey tom without lettuce tamatoe or cheese on it. This has happened to me numerous times. Don't go there if you are black.
