I would have gave them 5 stars but since I spend a lot of money here, I am giving them 1 star because I did an online order for the first time and did not know they discontinued the sub wheat bread, so it came on the square sandwich wheat bread. I called to see if my order could be fixed because it was delivered, but I live down the street and the woman who answered the phone laughed at me then put someone else on the phone. A man then tells me I have to pay for another sandwich, I did not eat the sandwich though. I obviously wanted a sub sandwich and thought that is what I paid for. I’m not going to argue with someone who prepares my food so this was the next best thing to do. I can’t imagine it taking a huge chunk out of the business to replace a 10 dollar sandwich. Hopefully someone else can resolve my issue. Mistakes happen and I did not eat it then ask for a new sandwich. Y’all could have had your sandwich back.
I ordered from here expecting to be able to get my food for my brief window of a lunch break. After waiting 30 minutes I called, and they informed me that it would probably be another 30 before my sandwich would arrive.nnFreaky fast, this business is not.nnI cancelled my order, and won’t be placing another.nnI wouldn’t have bothered posting if this was the first time it’s taken Jimmy John’s over an hour to deliver a sandwich. I wouldn’t trust that your food gets delivered in a timely manner.

Go in here all the time after leaving the gym. Always fresh. Always clean and friendly staff
