Customer service is excellent I drop my smoothie outside the store and they remade it for me no problem I didn't have to ask

This location unfortunately is the closest to me and I’m almost forced to go to it when I want a smoothie. It would be great if one my smoothie actually was made correctly for once but I have higher likelihood of winning $10 on a scratcher ticket. Also on more then more occasion I have sat at the drive thru window with no greeting until 5mins later when my drinks were ready. I’m no expert on customer connections but this could use some serious improvement. And lastly girls I’m not opposed to you laughing and having fun at work but when you have us sitting at the window waiting to pay and get our drinks we can hear you clear as day out side cussing up a storm and making fun of customers. Real classy.....

Literally the worst Smoothie King. I don't leave negative reviews, however this isn't the first time we've experienced these issues. This is now the second time we've come through the drive thru and were told to hold for a moment, and after waiting 15 minutes with nobody returning, we left.nnNow that may not seem like a huge deal, however there were zero other customers there (this is on both occasions) in the drive through and zero customers in the lobby, and TWO employees.nnEven if I were to ignore ALL of that and give the excuse that they weren't set up or any other valid reason, I can't for the life of me understand how between TWO employees, you can't just update or even CHECK on your customer.nnThe customer service experience at this location is not just poor, it's non existent.nnYou're better off just driving out of your way to another location where they actually care about your business.

Yikes! Don’t expect a smile from this crew. Customer service has gone waaaaay down! Super disappointing because we are here all the time.

Ordered Gladiator strawberry, received something white and lumpy. Young Lady says, quick question did you know that you get a choice of 2 fruits. Because that is just protein powder and it doesn't blend well. This was around 8:40pm on 5/1/2020. If your goal is to drive away customers, You are killing it! I will not be back.
