I've been eating here since they first opened. During 2020 I purposely ordered and got take-out from them every week trying to help them in a small way during the pandemic. I guess the pandemic is over for them because now they really don't care whether you get food from them or not. During my last visit I arrived at 4:02 pm, two minutes late, and was told lunch specials were over... yet for months I have sat waiting for food while they took lunch special orders up to at least 4:30 pm.nnThe lady behind me needed 6 lunch specials and the guy told her NO also, so she just walked out. I guess the new policy is saying NO is more important than making sales.nnI ended up still getting a salad, but when I got home I found they didn't give me any dressing.nnMy visit prior I asked for a bag as they had packaged my order up in all sorts of individual bags and I could not carry it without dropping something. I was told unequivocally they do not give out bags--yet they had been giving me bags all last year. I insisted, so she stormed off came back five minutes later and slammed a small, useless bag on top of the glass and walked off.nnI don't know what happened to this location, there are still a few nice employees there, but otherwise it's really gone downhill fast.

Imo's has the absolute best thin-crust pizza! Their salads are incredibly fresh, cool and crisp. Bonus: the unique Provel cheese and signature house dressing. Imo's has been serving remarkable St. Louis style pizzas for over 55 years. ud83cudf55

Front counter employees are uninformed as to what is available on their website, seem very bothered to do their job. Waiting longer than estimated time while you hear the kitchen talking about who likes who and yelling back and forth to each other non work related things makes customers regret ordering from here. Order regularly so hoping this is fixed quickly

S Lindbergh location has the best pizzas every time we've visited. Check your salad before leaving, we've had the wrong salad a few times. Other than that, 5 stars!

First the good, the food, pizza and other items are really good. Now the bad, the staff isn’t to friendly and when you ask them to clean off a table etc. they act like it’s a big deal to do so :(nnthe grey trash can in the dining room is really nasty with food stains from no telling how far back.
