My order was perfectly made. The salad and pizza were just as I ordered them. The salad was wonderful! No complaints there. However, the pizza was not even warm. It wasn’t totally cold. But it was as if it had been left out at room temp for a while. As a person who appreciates cold pizza for a snack, I DO expect a “just delivered” pizza to be nice and warm... even hot. I ended up having to heat it up myself. At the high price of delivery pizza, I don’t think that should be required. I love IMO’s. But I will think twice before ordering from here again.
I order there a lot. Overall it's great and friendly service and the food is good, however they sometimes forget an item. Usually a side or a sauce that was ordered. It's all taped and stapled up in a paper bag so you usually don't know till you get home.
Tonight your small gesture really meant the world to me . My boys love imos and I love that I can order a fountain soda with my amazing pizza. I always ask for extra ice when I order from anywhere and never get it but tonight getting a full cup of ice made my day ! Everything we ordered came correct and it was so good !
