Metro MedSpa is fantastic! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming. The entire staff was so nice! I did neurotoxin with Katie and it was a wonderful experience. She was incredibly knowledgeable, had excellent bedside manner, and made me feel so comfortable during the session! Is he explained everything and walked me through the entire process. So amazing!

Katie V is a rockstar! I was super nervous for my first visit and she walked me through all my options and made me feel super comfortable. She really knows what she is doing and wants her clients to look their absolute best. She really took care of me and took her time :)nThe other employees I met were super friendly and welcoming as well. I felt really comfortable and at home. Such a great atmosphere! I will definitely be back again. Can’t wait!

This is the second time I’ve gone to Rachel for services. Each time, she has been so professional and took time to educate me about the procedures. She answered all of my questions and went out of her way to help me with getting the best price on the service I wanted. I felt zero pressure to purchase other services than what I came in for. Rachel did an exceptional job! I also love that this spa offers awesome monthly specials and memberships. I definitely will return and recommend MMS to anyone looking for a nice, clean, experienced and no pressure MedSpa.

The spa is adorable. I love that they text and email confirmations. Katie took care of me. She is a nurse practitioner and took a lot of time to explain the process, the type of injection and location to place it. She is knowledgeable and so friendly. Love my experience!

I have only been coming to Metro Med Spa since October 2020 but I wish I had checked them out sooner! Every single person working here is friendly and professional. They do not try to oversell and really work with you to get what you absolutely want and only what you need, offering suggestions for services without being pushy. I do laser hair removal with Mindy and injectables with Rachel. Cannot recommend this place enough! Seriously, come for a consultation and you will not be disappointed!!!
