My grandson had his first haircut today. This is usually a joyous occasion for everyone. In this case the best description is hideous! Never again! She butchered my grandson’s hair. Thank goodness it grows back.

I rec'd a coupon and went for a cut. The girl was nice but rushed through the haircut. Took like 7 mins max. Did not really seem to care. Just in and out. Did not clean hair off my ears or eyebrows. Really disappointing. Will find a locally owed shop next time. Someone who cares.
I’ve been going to this Great Clips location for years. All of the stylists are capable and kind. It is well-run and on schedule. Very friendly place!
