I typically love this place, and even followed them to their new location. Unfortunately the young man Michael who used to do my nails has left to a different location. And so I’d like to share, the man who did my nails was very rough. Also seemed very unprofessional & agitated. I got a full set gel manicure done on 12/4/2020 and I already have a broken nail & several loose. I’ve gotten my nails done plenty of times and the steps this man did was out of order, and just messy. Overall VERY unprofessional, and made me feel uncomfortable even though I called in. My friend even got a full set done with me, and a older lady did hers. She said even her tech was very agitated and impatient. I do not recommend this place anymore ever since Michael left.
This is an amazing find. Finally found a wife hubby son combo who are all amazing and personable. They are so down to earth. They are quick, honest on wait time and while no one should take advantage...they even work late for last minute walk ins. Very clean, very high quality and price is great. I'm so lucky I found them.
Up until now I loved my nails and would have gladly came back if Mike had just fixed my 4 broken nails that broke 2 days after getting them. The owner argued with me that pointy nails break the next day, never heard that before and I highly doubt that is true or no one would ever get them. I’m giving them 1 star because all of my nails were good until now and my low review is from the “Customer service” that was beyond unacceptable.
They do a great job!
Excellent place. Wonderful services. A little pushy but nothing too bad. Loved coming here, will definitely be back.
