I payed for the beginner Tai Chi Class, all on line recorded classes because of COVID 19. I payed $200.00 for the class. I was recovering from back surgery and thought it would be helpful. I had unexpected pain and a setback so I saved the recordings for when I felt better. Close to the end of the class House Fit called me basically trying to sign me up for the next class, more $. I told her I had a setback in my condition and I didn’t do many of the classes that I was saving them for when I felt better. She told me that the recordings only lasted for two weeks and then they could no longer be viewed. I said well then I have already lost a bunch. She didn’t offer me anything by way of makeup or anything else. She told me she hoped I felt better and see ya goodbye. I didn’t ask for anything or expect anything because I didn’t know I couldn’t access the recordings but they gave me zero consideration. That’s ok I guess $200 was a cheap bill for learning how Home Fit does business. UPDATE - I see the reply here from House Fit, the woman called me 2 or 3 times since this review and mentioned nothing about 100% money back guarantee or this review. I waited and she offered nothing again, I don't have time for games, you want to boast 100% satisfaction guarantee on this review then refund my $200.00 and quit playing games, then I will be satisfied, and advertise that your recordings are only good for a couple weeks at the begining of the class, not at the end.

Dr. Beth and her staff are amazing! They tailor therapy for you as an individual. Thanks to them I was able to enjoy a trip to Germany with a lot of walking, mostly on cobblestones and uneven surfaces. This would not have been possible without Housefit! I highly recommend them!

Amazing facility and staff. You will not find a group of folks like this around. They get results.
