The gym is very nice, never had an issue with anything. The only down fall is that they have it way to cold in there all the time. Even on the coldest day I feel that the AC is on, along with the fans. I don’t know how people are honestly suppose to sweat when they have the fans on constantly. I would recommend a different gym if your wanting to go some where and actually get a good sweat in.

Great facility, friendly staff. As an out of towner, the covid protocols are sub par. Just too many people walking around unmasked, or wearing chin diapers and minimal social distancing. I would definitely go here once the covid life is over. Until then, I'll hold off my visits when I'm in town.

Love this gym the best! Have been to a couple other Xist Fitness and this one just seems to be the cleanest and most friendly. I always feel welcomed and never judged. Awesome staff!

I love xist.. the place is clean the staff is great but... Due to its location theres a growing number of I assume high schoolers who sit on their phones. This wouldn’t be an issue but when there’s 2 squat racks and every Wednesday they like to sit on them from 2:00-5:00... it’s so bad that many members have seen them hold one of the racks till their boy toys show up and then proceed to take another hour socializing and updating their tik toks.nNo shade towards xist but members are expected to act in a code of conduct and social media and flirting is not anywhere on the monthly payment sheet.nnI gave xist a 5 star and will continue to recommend this great gym to everyone I know. Also Arnold is a fantastic location as well. Xist as a whole has a great family atmosphere and I would love to see more monthly challenges. Events outside of the gym would also be great even if it was similar to the 1st Phorms summer bash even they had 2 years ago.

Best gym I've been to. It can get a little crowded during the peak hours. But, everything always is clean and the staff is very friendly
