I have been working out here for many months and will continue to do so! The owner Jason is an excellent trainer...always willing to share his knowledge of fitness and nutrition. My body is the strongest it has ever been! I am learning what works for my body and the areas I need to work on and Jason works them! ud83dudc4dud83dude02 Also love the new program and class options he is offering. Since joining Said Fitness a year ago I've lost almost 50 lbs with the trainer Jason's workouts and nutrition guidance. He's extremely knowledgeable and has made sure that I've avoided injuries that I've experienced in the past. The gym is very clean with quality equipment that is constantly maintained. He also offers great tasting Rule 1 supplements at a very affordable price. I've tried multiple box gyms in the past and have always stopped going due to injuries or lack of motivation. Jason works with specific needs and keeps you motivated to keep improving. Couldn't recommend a better gym!

Great workout options, staff and facility!!! Conveniently located in South County near Fresh Thyme.nTwo types of classes are offered, resistance training and cardio kickboxing. The best of both worlds, weights and cardio! I like that I can get in my cardio without ever getting on a treadmill!!!nMembership and drop-in options are available and... NO CONTRACT!!!
