This review is directly about the service I have received multiple times from Carolyn at the Telegraph location. I want to start by saying Carolyn is a very special person. Since I started working near this walgreens I have found it to be convenient. All five of my visits to this location were fast , and professional thanks to Carolyn. When I enter the store she is immediately attentive and asks how she can help. NO EXAGGERATION , Carolyn is the kind of employee that will end up on top of any company she works for. She has a great attitude, personality and knowledge of the store. I could not be more happy and to be honest I wish there was someone like Carolyn at each business I walk into. PLEASE let this review get recognized by the appropriate parties. I don't want this to go unnoticed. 5 Stars
I would like to thank Cindy and the other young gentleman who works at the photo counter at this Walgreen's location, off Telegraph Rd, near Cafe Telegraph. I cannot remember the young mans name (dark hair), but he went out of his way to show me how to use the Walgreen's photo scanner. It made the process so much easier with his guidance. While I was scanning on my second visit, Cindy came over and showed me some awesome features on how to enhance the color and quality of my photos that were over 60 years old. I cannot express enough how much I appreciate them going out of their way to help me make these timeless memories that much more special for my family and myself. AND THEN, Cindy even went out of her way to ensure I utilized the quantity discounts. Give these employees a raise AND a promotion as they showed what the true meaning of customer service is all about. I left smiling and telling my family what kind and caring employees Walgreen's has at this location. 15/10 would recommend!
I use this Walgreens for my photos all the time. When my photo calendars were mixed up and I was given the wrong order, an associate named James helped me and resolved the issue quickly. I recently used them for some Christmas presents, and the items had to be delivered to the store. When I was having issues tracking the order, I went in and the associate, James, was very helpful. He called the 1800 number for me and helped me track the package. The items ended up not coming when promised, so I went back in to see if I could get some more help. The photo associate, Cindy, was very rude. She did not act interested in my problems, interrupted me and did not seem like she wanted to help. I ended up calling the 1800 number that James had given me and the operator helped me figure out a solution. Overall,nI’m impressed with the help I received from James, but not impressed with Cindy.
Says they are a FedEx drop off location for pre-posted packages. Doesn't mention any weight limit and tells you when you get there that your package weighs too much and they can't take it. FedEx location closing early because of the pandemic, please don't waste people's time and cause them to take unnecessary contact risks by advertising services you only partially perform, or make it plainly visible on website that you are a partial service provider
