We've used the pharmacy twice now in a matter of days and the tech and pharmacist are rude & robotic. 30 min to fill a Rx!!
I went through the drive thru to pick up my Walgreens medication and the last three times before I head to the doctors they tell me its not ready after I have refilled it before I should have and now I have an appointment I have to be late for because my medication is not done. Then the person at the window was being so disrespectful every time I would go ask a question on why and what’s going on so I can fix it so I don’t keep having this problem and he kept interrupting me and telling me he doesn’t know what’s going on and there is nothing he can do but have me wait 20 mins for them to make it!
The women that was working in the pharmacy department had us wait 30 minutes for our medication while she was on the phone with “ a patient on the phone”. We waited inside and in the drive through while this women continued to be on the phone and just telling other costumers to sit down and wait. Overall this was just a very bad experience plus it was midnight and everyone was just wanted to go home. That night she was also the only person working in the pharmacy department.
The photo center is nice but they throw away your pictures if they made a mistake. They should give you the picture if they missed up the order. They waste paper and color they can just give you the photo they have no use for it. Other than that nice store.
