Third in line at drive thru pharmacy took 31 minutes to get to window. Then could only get two of three prescriptions called in. They forgot to call doctor on one. Came back next day after text saying I had prescription ready. Was one I picked up day before. Had to go back a third time to get right one. Think it deserves a minus five star but can’t give it

I was just administered my covid vaccine at the Lindberg CVS. The staff was amazing. They were all very friendly and willing to help me throughout the process. I usually don't write reviews but their rating online did not match the service I received.

They said my prescription would be ready at 1pm. Cool. Later, when I hadn't heard if it was ready, I called. After being on hold for a long time they told me my prescription would be ready in 2-3 months. What?? Not a good first experience with a new pharmacy. They literally told me to try Walgreens. Unbelievable.

Mark was there to assist me when I requested help. I’m an Instacart shopper and normally staff members are reluctant to treat Instacart shoppers the same way as customers but Mark made me feel welcomed and was able to assist me completely till the end where I checked out all my items. He was energetic and determined in helping me and making my visit a rememberable experience therefore I’m awarding this CVS a 5 star review because Mark earned it. I hope that more employees take their job as seriously as Mark did and make the most to genuinely help all types of customers.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Went in to get a simple refill, they brought out a whole different pill, different name, different color, and when I said that wasn’t it they said the doctor wanted me to take it. I said I’d have to call him so they cancelled the order and I have been trying to get it filled for over a week! The doctor faxed it over and they still won’t fill it—says it’s cancelled! I only have three pills left and Christmas is Friday so I don’t know what to do. Went to the doctor’s office at 7:30 am this morning and we are trying again.
