So I wouldn’t have given a poor review over any kind of isolated incident or exceptional experience or a fluke.nI drive a service vehicle. Often on job sites. I get my share of punctured tires. It’s my companies truck. It’s important to find ‘free air’ when possible.nMeanwhile, I decide where to buy all the gas for my service truck. Normally, has been QT.nBut they seem to be increasingly incompetent and/or shoddy. One consistent problem: They can’t seem to get the hang of keeping their air pumps in working order. I’ll be in need of gas and air. I’ll cruise up to 4 QTs in the area, en route from one call to the next, looking for operable air. No dice.nI end up at Circle K, paying for air with my personal money, but AT LEAST it works. While there, my gas card works fine and I get gas and whatever else at Circle K.nToday, I needed just a little air. Stopped at QT. Their pump, once again, not working. Only THIS time it seemed to be working. But no. 30 seconds on my tire and NOW I’m in trouble. I LOST air. Thanks a LOT QT, jerks.nThis has been going on in this area with ALL of your stations for as long as I’ve lived and worked in the area. I’m fed-up and disgusted. QT has put a very bad taste in my mouth. I’m starting to avoid QT more and more now.

This has to be the worst Quiktrip I've ever been to. They have one employee who doesn't act like she'd rather be anywhere else. She is an actual ray of sunshine. The rest of them clearly hate their jobs. They are terrible about stocking grab and go items. If I don't have time to wait in a fast food line and I didn't bring my lunch, then I end up not getting to eat because I work next to a really lousy QT who doesn't stock hot grab and go items during lunchtime. On the rare occasion that they do stock sufficiently, the items are nearly expired. I used to work solo shifts at an incredibly busy gas station. There is no excuse for a staff with more than one person to have such a poorly stocked grill area. That's either laziness or bad management. Maybe it's both.

This is my first time here and my particular experience was excellent. The restroom was clean as was the store inside and out. At the time I was here it was very busy but I got in and out quick.nThe cashier was nice. There's plenty of space outside for parking and as usual for a QT plenty of pumps. I had a hot dog and soda and no complaints with quality. The only negative was the fountain area was out of cubed ice but not a big deal. If I passed by this way again I would stop in.
