The young lady working on Sunday, April 19, 2920@ 734am is so friendly and happy. She had the best Christian music playing while cleaning.... it was nice on a Sunday morning to enter a convenient store with a happy person working... thanks for hiring good people

If I could give it a zero I would. I decided to go to this gas station because it advertised $2.50 if you pay cash. However the female attendant said that you need to use their rewards card so I pulled out my phone and I handed her my money when I was about to scan the app. She said under her breath “it’s not going to make a difference” I asked her to explain what she meant and she went on to say that the app/card needed to be linked to my debit card for me to get the discount. At this point I was quiet frustrated with the lack of interest as well as the body language she was displaying as a customer service employee. She clearly didn’t think a paying customer was worth her time. So I asked for my money back and told her that I did not need her attitude ruining my day. She clearly had zero regrets for the way she behaved and I can almost guarantee that she didn’t care about losing a customer.nnI drove across the street to Phillip 66 and bought gas there instead where all the employees that I have encountered are great at customer service you are greeted with a smile have a pleasant conversation with the attendants and are sent off with a smile.nnI would highly suggest to all the management and all the employees at Circle K to take a field trip over to Phillip 66 and learn from people who actually care about their job, keeping their customers and making their sales goals.nnIf you don’t like your job in the service industry find another job where you can take pride in your work and which you actually enjoy.

The staff overnight weekends were very professional, helpful and courteous. I love visiting this store because the attendant is very nice and seek to help everyone that comes in. She always greet us coming in and conversate with us while ringing up my things. Thanks to Nancy.

DON'T COME HERE! The rudest staff ever!!!! I've never ever been so angered in my life!!!! Cashier was snide, cursing under her breath, and even FALSELY represented herself as a manager. I asked for her name but she refused to reveal it and even threw off her name tag!!!nnJust go across the street!!

Well... I came in at 1am and was looked at like and treated like a CRIMINAL! because I purchased a 12 pack of beer and smokes, she's told me that they don't accept out of state IDs and looked at me like I'm trying to fraudulently claim myself??? Allowed me to to purchase my alcohol that I'm old enough for but then looked at my debit card and ID atleast 5xs back and fourth to make sure I'm not stealing!nnFunny thing is that I make a little over 50k a year and have NO criminal history she might of been insecure about herself because she looks like the typical OxyCotton poppin grandma that couldn't get her refill....just sayin..
