Even when extremely crowded the line went extremely fast food was great
Drive thru was busy but we hardly had to wait. Food was out fast and FRESH. Employees were courteous and efficient. One of the better experiences I've had at McDonald's.
From all the McDonald's restaurants around, this one has the best cooked food. I have no idea what they are doing differently, but I love it and I hope they keep it up. The customer service is top notch as well. Can't wait for the salads to return, because they make the best Southwest Chicken salad ever!
Counter person who took my order was very polite. My order # was 277. Got the free Big Mac with a McChicken, small fries and a Dr. Pepper. Total $3.86 Through my app. Couldn't get my screen to open up the bar code symbol properly to scan the offer but was able to use the drive- thru number code to authorize the deal. The manager acted a little rudely towards the counter lady and I tried to point out to her that I thought her tone was unnecessary but I don't think she was too concerned about my opinion.
Breakfast was hot and ready. Didn't have to wait long in drive thru.
