This used to be a good McDonald's. Our favorite about 2years ago. It slowly started to get bad and now I'm done. I won't go back there ever. I mean they make excuses why they can't do this or that when I know they can. This time I wanted to add a soda at the pay window and the 2 of them looked at me as I was speaking a foreign language. Then the one girl says that will be 5 something I said what? Nevermind. I mean come on . And I won't bother complaining because that seems to do nothing.
The staff is friendly. I go to pick up my Postmates orders for customers. I don't personally eat McDonald's these days. But they always seem on point and efficient.
It won't let you give anything less. it's not unusual on any given day to go to this McDonald's and they'll be out of almost everything. Went there this morning and their card machine was not working. Best thing for this place to do is just close it's doors.
On my recent visit tonight, I was completely dissatisfied with the food I recieved.. Cold left out food from the warmer.. Upon watching, I observed noses out and food being unwrapped to check what it's content was.. Just unacceptable behavior...Compaired to early morning , I'd rather visit the morning hours fresh cooked to order..
The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman attending the drive thru was great! I thought I'd try the crispy spicy sandwich 4b. It was awful. The bun was burnt on inside, the sauce was but a droplet, and one small pickle. Back to popeye's! Keep trying McD...you won't be able to top them with a sandwich like that! Very poorly done.
