Great customer service and drinks are always good. My only complaint is they have this location listed as temporarily closed and it is permanently closed. The company closed all their mall locations. Very misleading to the customers who have been waiting for this location to open back up. ud83dude29
I ordered 2 coffees, one wasn't correct.. No big deal, I went over and just asked for the correct coffee. I even offered to pay for it, I was told a 20 minute wait and I understood because they were backed up. What I did not understand was people that just came up getting their order before me when I just needed a coffee fixed. Poor business practice.
They have wonderful tasting strawberry açaí and pink drink. I would recommend this for everyone.
I had order a drink while I was trying order one of the employees walked away while I was ordering and they had came back didn’t even apologize and they totally mess up my order I even told my order many times they didn’t hear what I had said and they didn’t even read over my order for me! I for sure not gonna come back.
Good service and good coffee.
