Air Choice One

I like how the person who gave them 5 stars is actually a employee of the airline.

I have flown with Air Choice One several times. Always a great experience. Flights were on time and the employees and even pilots were so nice. I highly suggest them!

Does not provide any customer service at all. Flight was canceled, there was no sorry, no help offered. I had to call and beg to get in touch with supervisor. Best part is they are so oblivious to custimer life time value, they are willing to lose custome over $50 ticket. Not to mention they specifically fly to airports are government subsidized so they get tax dollars to make up losses. Amazing. Complete jokennEveryone understands bad weather of course, that had nothing to do with customer service.
