Catherine was extremely helpful! This was my wife and I's first time filing jointly and Catherine was able to walk us through step by step what to expect. She took extra care to see what we could deduct. She was very helpful and very pleasant to work with.

I asked about their virtual tax help as I was struggling to do taxes on my own, and if they had virtual since COVID,, asked about getting an appointment with them the lady yelled at me on the phone telling me she couldnt help me than i asked her to politely talk to me and she hung up! I couldnt believe it, she was so utterly rude for no reason.

So, I went to this H&R Block to ask a few questions about how I proceed to pick up my Mom's income tax she very recently and suddenly passed away. The women at this H&R Block was the most ignorant, demeaning, and rude with absolutely no customer service skills that I have ever encountered. I would absolutely stay away from this business.
