I have only had great experiences. Jacob is a great landlord, easy to work with, and has always been available. Recently he offered (unprovoked) to move me to a new spot away from the power lines to protect my camper from perched birds above. He really takes care of his tenants. The lot is very well maintained with hard packed gravel and asphalt drive ways. The spots are very spacious and provide plenty of back in room. Keypad (or remote) access 24/7 and is well lit. I would highly recommend if looking for a storage place.
