Got a returned check fee for the first time and I asked to have it refunded due to an error on how their outdated website works and they refused. When I asked if it was worth losing a customer over, they said “thats up to you”. After leaving negative feedback on the banks facebook page, the banks vice president called and said he would look into it becuase they dont like negative reviews, he asked what it would take to fix my review, I said that I simply wanted my money back and he said “I cant do that”.nnCentral Bank of Moberly on the other hand offers one free returned check/overdraft fee each year with no questions asked. If you care about your money, go to CENTRAL BANK and avoid this bank at all costs!
