Every time I call, I get put on hold for hours. They don't know what they are doing when you tell them what you need. You can't never get ahold of anybody at your local bank. No ATM's near me, the local banks are so slow. Don't they realize that people have lives as well as them? Since they are getting paid by the hour, maybe they should be paid by how many customers they help, then they'd move.
Worst bank EVER....if I could give no stars I would. Hope your customers like holding for an hour and a half for a simple question. Really it's 2018

Horrible! Run, don't walk! I was told many things, all of which was a lie! Can't access my personal and business accounts together - have to call in - what small business owner has that kind of time! They also put 7-10 day holds on ALL your mobile deposits! Defeats the idea of mobile banking altogether! Very unprofessional in ALL they do!
I love this bank! Has been a family bank of mine for many years. Very highly recommend them.
