I have recently been coming to this location with incorrect information and Angel has been a huge help. She has been patient with me and taken the time to help find the correct info and rebooking flights.
Horrible place. I just got let go after nearly five years of dedicated service. The new manager, Jeff, got rid of several good people and tried to force people to work schedules they couldn't. I'll miss my coworkers, but this place is doomed by a manager that doesn't know what he is doing. Please do not do service with this place and let it die a quick and painful death.
The only reason they have a one is I can’t do a zero. I was there three hours ahead of the flight they had one woman walking around complaining about how she hates her job they don’t pay her enough, and she hope she has a new job tomorrow. While not helping anyone. They had a guy there briefly but he forgot something at home and drove home even though there was a large line of people waiting. The girl that was processing the woman in front of me kept apologizing for being new and slow. An hour earlier and I missed the cutoff time. Because it took so long to process the first customer. 47 miles back to my house with a cat that has to be rebooked. Oh and who was the manager? The lady complaining about hating her job.
I can’t say enough negative things about this place. I have to ship packages here often and experience the worst customer service every time. They work very hard at being rude and lazy. Everyday is a bad day here.
Absolutely the worst service at Delta Cargo. Employee by the name of Mercedes was incredibly rood, very unprofessional and wouldn’t get us checked in on time so our flight was missed! We paid for DASH and had limited time to get checked in and she wandered around even helping other customers behind us knowing that we we’re in a time crunch. Our puppy went from having a 3 hour direct flight to having to rebook and get on a 7 hour flight with a layover! Absolutly ridiculous!
