Usually never have problems with this location, but the last few times they have been awful. This time I didn’t get any of the sauces I paid for and the delivery guy left all of our food in the snow. All of our stuff is freezing and covered in water from the snow. Tried calling many times, nobody answered. Guess we’ll be choosing somewhere else for pizza now. Didn’t even get the receipt. Tired of paying so much money for sauce and food they don’t even give me half the time because they forgot.
the platte city store on branch st. manager eddy and his crew are fast friendly awsome!!! way to go platte city on making the pizza so good...
They always get my order correct and the staff is always kind and helpful! Very clean restaurant.
The food is always fresh, hot, and the customer service has always been fantastic! Even after 20 years! Thank you!
There is only 3 pizza shops in Platte City. I would say Pizza Hut is in the top 3, but don't take my word for it.
