Jimmy John's

I call this superb place from time to time as I love the good air that is exist in this restaurant. The personel is awfuly cordial and qualified. The service is certainly quick. Most important, the food they serve is perfect. I ate there more than once and I was always joyful. The payment is honest. I highly suggest this place to to all.

I order my sandwich at 12:46, and the driver brought me the wrong sandwich. I called and told them that the sandwich was wrong, and they Finally did bring me the right sandwich after an 1 hour and 50 minutes. The GM was a standoff Ish, but just stated that you did get the right sandwich and there is nothing that he could do for the poor service. I’m not happy with the way it was Handel I will not go back to Jimmy John’s in Platte City. I got an email that I would get Gross a call but no call yet

I love Jimmy John's, however this location has time after time disappointed me. Recently, messed up my order badly so I called and got a credit. Well, when I went to go give them another chance and use the credit, the young guy couldn't find my credit but still honored the credit. HOWEVER, my order was messed up again.

Horrible Horrible cost me an arm and a leg including good tip because I know in this time delivery drivers are working their tail off. He brings the sandwiches forgot my drink didnt even see it on the ticket. Took 2 phone calls to get it still had to wait 20 minutes to get it and then he didn't even leave a straw and no offer for any compensation for the inconvenience
