I have been having a few problems communicating with Public Storage. I received a call from Molly, site manager at the 1405 Bunton Road, Louisville KY site and she immediately made me feel comfortable talking with her. She is a great asset and hopefully Public Storage will recognize the fact that she is so well at conversing with customers. I was at the point of just getting my things out of their units and go somewhere else. When Molly and I chatted I decided to stay with Public Storage. I am so glad Public Storage has people like Molly working for them.

Amazing service and facility! Tiffany was very helpful and friendly. She provided all the information I needed and made the process of getting a unit super easy and relaxed. She showed me the unit, which was very clean and exactly what I needed. She also showed and explained any packing supplies I might need. I left with a smile and the feeling that I choose the right facility for my storage needs. I highly recommend Tiffany and Public Storage for anyone who needs a safe and inexpensive solution for storage.
