No cold brew on a Monday morning? Waited in line for 20 minutes. Also the sous egg bites in the display case did not look edible in the slightest or appealing.
Snowman cookie is so cold is almost frozen.nThe venti caramel frappuccino with whip cream is nothing but whip cream and caramel sauce. They put whip cream on the bottom with 4 pumps of caramel with a little bit of blended coffee and more whip cream and carmal on top would not reccomend anything from them.
Not sure if I’m posting on the right page but I’m talking about the Starbucks in the Terminal C around the gate 77 area. The worst service I could ever imagine, both of these 2 girls are so unprofessional and impatient. Keeping making mistakes on drinks and the one who making the drinking even coughing in-front of my drink without covering their mouth(BEFORE she gets my coffee a lid). If any manager could be able to see my review, for your information my order placed on around 2:30–2:40pm, January the 6, terminal C between the gate 72–79.
Asked for an iced matcha green tea. They entered it as a latte. I said “I want an iced tea, not a latte”. They said “that’s just how our system enters it”. Well shocker, I got a latte.
By gate 43 at KCI flies buzzing all over l- not sure if the ecolab flyzappper was plugged in, saw what appeared to be fully thawed out milk container, saw staffer handle inside of blender w bare hands, they got 2 drinks wrong in a row. Gross!
