Drinks were quick! 3 of the same drink (iced Chai latte) and they were all made different. Even when stirred they were different colors. Good none the less!

As a frequent flier I'm here a lot and the morning service is either terribly slow (like 30 minutes) when it is busy or when it is quiet you discover it's still super slow! The people have very poor English language skills so practically impossible to ask questions about the food (like breakfast items) as the menu board only shows drinks and there are no signs by the food. Terrible place!

I'm curious to know if there is some underlying racism at this place because I definitely ordered my drink only to have to wait 15 min while everyone continued to clean. Then as I sat there, I saw a bunch of people come in, order their drinks and go on about their way. Everyone after me was definitely white. They also mentioned that they were closing at 7 and didn't close until 710, making drinks for everyone after me. Never experienced anything like this at Starbucks but I am definitely in the midwest.

I’ve tried this airport Starbucks twice in as many weeks, and I can honestly say this is one of of the worst airport Starbucks in the US. Each time I’ve ordered a grande cold brew with sweet cream...there are three things that make this drink...Cold brew, Ice, sweet cream. Unfortunately, the staff either doesn’t know or care how to make this relatively simple drink. I travel in and out of MCI frequently and will not visit this location again. My advice to those who may consider getting a drink and/or food here...don’t’ save your money.n*i would have attached a picture but after a few sips the drink was poured out and cup was put in recycling.
