very helpful and got me what i needed at fair price.
Having our campers there has cost us a total of $3710.00. They have no security cameras in the back lot and then when they have 7 break-ins in 1 week they do not call any client to let them know about it. We have had out battery ($110.00) stolen off of our camper a year ago. So, then we started taking that home. Then we bought a brand new camper (only had 3 weeks) it got broken into. 1 camper was stolen, several storage units were broken into, our camper and another were hit. They broke in and stole our Furrion Tv and our tools. We have to replace all on our dime and then have to fix all the damage to the outside of our camper by a crowbar as well. Yes, we have insurance, we also have deductibles. $3600.00 total. Of course, they don't have cameras for any evidence of who might be doing this. They are definitely NOT reliable. Would not recommend to anyone.
We have had our storage unit for several years now, 2 months ago our unit was broke into. There are no security cameras and we told that they were “looking” into security cameras. Last time we were at our unit still no camera. We pay for insurance coverage on our unit submitted a claim and have not heard anything about our claim! There is a lack for customer service!
This place is absolutely wonderful! Extremely cheap, secure, clean, and the staff is very friendly! They provide a lock for you, offer insurance, and many more services/amenities! Affordable Family Storage truly made our move from Iowa to Missouri simple, convenient, and fun! I'm glad I have peace of mind with my stuff! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
I had a very fast move and Affordable storage was there and no long process. They set may account up and I moved in to my unit with in about 15 min. I moved back home and they worked with me to get the account closed with no issues. They folk are great. The units are clean and they are professionals .nnCarl.
