Store always appears clean from what i see. Staff is friendly & helpful. Sale items aren't always in stock. Miss the salad bar during this pandemic.

This was easily one of the better Giants I've been to. It was huge, which is a benefit of not being in the city, I suppose, and it was pretty well-stocked considering the current times. The staff was helpful (I'd have never found the ice without them - it was all the way in the back corner of the store).nnSpacious, tons of parking, easy to get in and out, generally easy to adhere to COVID guidelines.

The store workers for the most part are great. Manager is not too friendly or helpful. We have tried it many of times under the new management and just decided to take our business elsewhere. They do carry a lot, but do get rid of a lot of good products.

Our family only uses Giant Pharmacy. They are awesome! They know our names and have our bags out and ready as soon as they see us. If something is not in stock, they order it and its ready the very next day.

After shopping at Giant with no problems for the last few months with a mask exemption, I had 2 employees argue with me when I explained the significant health issues I encounter while using any face coverings. One of them was particularly rude to me despite my calm demeanor, explaining my problems calmly in detail, even as I was checking out and almost on my way out the door. Their rude behavior to a person with a disability was stunning as I had always previously felt they were very pleasant and accommodating. Other businesses in town have been tolerant of mask exemptions.
