iStorage Self Storage

We were renting from the Willows Rd Istorage in Lexington Park Maryland. I went to process our move out and no one was in the office to speak to about ending our rental with them. I called a little while later and no one answered so I left a voicemail that we had moved out. I never received a phone call back acknowledging the voicemail. I tried to send the site manager a online notification but it seems like this location does not utilize this feature. I have also sent corporate a online communication request and have not heard anything. We have now received a unexpected late notice due to the fact this location has not acknowledged our move out. I have spoke to a male a few times when I contacted the office about our move out since the notification online was not acknowledged with a follow up phone call or email to confirm they had received the notification. The male was very rude and it seemed like I interrupted his day by calling in.nWe moved out of this storage unit due to the fact they do not have locked in pricing like the other storage units in the area have and like other storage companies we have utilized in the past. If there were to be a price increase it would be for new customers only. I was rudely informed that they increase rates due to the demand of the storage units in the area and property taxes. That there will never be a locked in rate and the rate will not decrease even if the demand goes down or the property taxes goes down.nThese units were suppose to be climate controlled and there was more the one occasion where the building was just as cold outs as it was inside and warm inside when it was hot outside. We were also informed they had a company that treated for pest and we found bugs in our unit.nI will not be recommending this storage company to anyone. Specially when there are storage facilities that have locked in rates for their customers, have true climate controlled units, clearly show they have pest control and have well trained, polite and respectful office clerks working for them.

Moving to the area from out of town and needed a storage facility. The process was very easy and the place is well organized, clean, and easily accessible for customers. Faith at the front office was very helpful and could not have been nicer to work with. Great place to use if you need extra storage space!

Recently rented from iStorage, and the whole process was very easy- Faith in the office made things simple and even took the time to show me where my unit was. I feel safe knowing my items are secure behind a locked, password-protected gate. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for storage facilities in the area, especially those needing a climate controlled space.

Zach was very knowledge and helpful. He not only opened my lock set keys for me, he also made sure I understood where my storage unit was located and ensured a great experience. Very professional.

It's always clean and lighted. The management team is always professional and courteous.
