As a vendor the property manager treated me with the utmost respect as if I were a customer. He was extremely helpful.
Beware of active mold in and near unit 266. We rented unit 266 for just two months (May and June 2020) to store items while we transitioned between homes. All of our items were indoor household items (couches, blankets, miscellaneous furniture). Upon retrieving our items to move to our new home, we discovered a thick layer of mold on all items that had been touching the floor of the unit. iStorage responded that their protection plan does not cover mold (which we have since confirmed in our paperwork), which means any affected current or future customers should not expect iStorage to help with replacing any items that are lost to this current mold infestation.
I went in the office on Saturday to get some prices. Darlene was knowledgeable and professional. I don't need storage until December, but I will definitely be back. She is a true gem.
