Joseph Capristo is a fraud who was disbarred and lost his law license at the Court of Appeals of Maryland. He put phony attorney fees so to create false judgements on me. You are wise to stay far away from this lawyer. He only harms.

Retracting my 5 star review. After Shawn left things went downhill. No one has bothered to contact me about a new case after several attempts. No email or phone calls, nothing. Even though I was a PAYING client in the past. Like another review said. They treat you like a nuisance.nnEdit:nThe lawyers help me work on my case. Even if you're financially stuck, I recommend a consultation with them.

Joe Capristo took all of my hard earned money, every dime that I saved up over the years and all he did was tear my children apart from their family. I do not recommend this attorney.

Harris & Capristo has been the Greatest law firm I ever used. Joe Capristo has been my lawyer for the last five years dealing with child custody. I have now used him on three different cases and words can't explain how great he does. He is very good at what he does and he puts all his effort into doing his job!!!! The staff does a good Job and is very good at communication. If you need a attorney for anything give them a call, deafly would recommend. I'm very satisfied so I will be using them in the future as a attorney.
