I've had the opportunity to roll with both Danny and his brother Justin many years ago. Being higher belts than I was when I 1st started everybody was incredibly patient and friendly. Danny was incredibly invested in the success of his teammates, And is one of the kindest yet honest men I've ever known. I would personally vouch for his character, and ability as a player and coach. Highly recommended.
I’ve had the privilege to train with Danny, and his knowledge of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and his BJJ game is world class. His dedication to the sport definitely shows on and off the mats. Not only is Danny a greatly skilled martial artist, but he's also a great guy. Danny Heath make Brazilian Jiu Jitsu look easy.
I was able to train extensively with Danny Heath for a couple of years, and I can't say enough great things about him. He's a very technical and talented BJJ practitioner, an honest and competent martial arts professional, and just a good guy who knows how to treat people. I knew it was only a matter of time before he ran his own school, and I'm so happy for him that it's now happening. Go train with Danny!
Traveling for business offered me an opportunity to train with the guys @ St. Mary's. New school, but the instructor knows his stuff. I'll be training there anytime I'm in the area. I recommend you check it out if your looking to train BJJ.
I was in Pax River from out of state for work and needed a place to train. I discovered St. Mary's BJJ and I'm definitely glad I did. Dan is a fantastic instructor and everyone welcomed me right in! I will definitely be back the next time I'm in town, check this place out! Thanks again Dan!
