The lamps were repaired in a timely manner and his communications kept us informed.nWe recommend him highly. His prices are extremely low.nHe was our needle in the haystack.

Mr. Payne swooped in and saved the day for us today! We have been trying to solve an issue with our microwave since right before the New Year. When he swiftly returned my call today I was prepared to ask him what his service fee was for a diagnostic. To my surprise, he walked me through a quick test and solved my problem right on the spot!! Free of charge! He was genuinely concerned about our issue and helped us without regard of payment. I will definitely be referring him to anyone that may need a good electrician in the area, and if I ever need one for my rental property he will be the first person I call! Thanks again Mr. Payne!! I was in the middle of a first floor remodel which had some requirements creep to include installing 14 LED recessed lighting fixtures in three rooms. Ross responded to my initial call and he was able to work the job into our schedules. His knowledge on how to cleverly conceal the wiring while minimizing drywall repairs was invaluable. Mr. Payne responded to a request for service on short notice and immediately identified faulty wiring that could have caused a house fire. He repaired the wiring and installed a new light fixture. He went above and beyond by advising me on other repairs that were on going with great tips to make the repairs easier. Hands down the best electrician around. I'm always confident the repairs will be done correctly!

We highly recommend Ross and Devin. They came to service a faulty circuit. It turned out to be caused by a dangerous situation with old wiring. Ross and Devin ended up making two visits to carefully upgrade the wiring and junction boxes. We appreciate the knowledge, skill, responsiveness and fair pricing.
