I ordered that part online and had it delivered to the dealer. They called me before it even arrived to schedule the installation appointment. I dropped my car off and was met by a very nice gentleman. Throughout the day, I was notified of the progress. When I picked up my car, I was checked out by another very courteous gentlemen. I wish I had gotten their names. My experience was very pleasant and satisfying.

Our purchasing experience was better than I could have asked for. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and eager to help. Dylan was our sales rep throughout our entire experience on Wed, March 31st. He has a great personality that makes you feel as though you are dealing with a friend and not a salesman. I went there with the intention of driving away with an Acadia when he suggested the Enclave. He was 100% right. It was exactly what I wanted. I appreciate all the efforts he made running back and forth to help me find exactly the right vehicle that works for our family. He walked me thru all the features the Buick Enclave has so that I could be comfortable leaving your dealership in our new car not searching for where everything is. We were immediately greeted by Dylan, while we were browsing on the lot. He showed us several trucks and by the time we got to the Silverado Black Widow Edition, we were sold. This could, quite possibly, have been the fastest sale from start to finish, that we have ever been a part of. The negotiation was quick. Paper work was processed fast and with no crazy wait times as I have experienced with other dealerships. Dylan knew his stuff when it came to vehicles. He has a vast knowledge of differences in makes/models even outside of what he is selling at this dealership. The general manager spoke with us several times which was nice. Connie introduced herself and helped us out with a bed liner cover. They ordered it and is being installed within just days. Even after the sale, Dylan was responsive when we had a question about products used to clean the vehicles there. I have already recommended this dealership to my cousin and my aunt who are in the market for a Tahoe. We walked away feeling confident about our purchase. I have had buyers-remorse in the past, but not this time. The entire staff was friendly.

Everything from step 1 to finish getting my new car was wonderful. Sam, my sales guy was very helpful and patient. I am always a loyal costumer to GM. I'm looking forward to try another brand new model in the future.
