I took my car in for an oil change and because it was making a strange sound over the dash. They were able to determine and fix the problem which was covered under the warranty. They also told me my car is entitled to a set of weather proof floor mats and those are on order but not yet received. John Jarboe is the Service Rep I dealt with. He was very helpful and extremely courteous throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions. I definitely recommend Leonardtown Ford’s Service Dept. to any Ford owners in the area.
