This court and its Honorable Chief Judge John P. Morrissey are simply remarkable! Here is why.nI was pulled over by a police officer after alleged traffic violation. The officer stated that I didn't stop on flashing red lights on extended Stop sign on a school bus. This violation is harsh punishable in Maryland - $570 and 3 points to your driving records.nLuckily I had my dash camera in my car. But I couldn't come to the court to defend myself because I had a job offer from another state at that time. So, I just prepared all my evidences - videos and photos - and written statement and mailed them along with the $570 check to Judge John P. Morrissey. I didn't hope for any favorable outcome in my case because I couldn't show up.nHere is the best part. Not only my points were cancelled but all $570 were returned back to me to another state.nnIsn't it awesome?
