My son rented a storage unit from this location and he encountered Sales Associate; Karen. She went above and beyond to handle the closing and finalizing his close out of the unit that he rented. Her professional customer service and manners made his experience worth me writing a review. Karen was patient and courteous and should be commended for a job well done! My son had a few questions and she promised to follow up with him and she kept her word. We will definitely refer this location to friends and family. Please commend Karen for her outstanding customer service.
Today I called to PS PROPERTY to inquire on info regarding a storage ben at this location. I was serviced by Keith who did an amazing jib answering all my question even informing me of a easier way to rent my space without leaving my bed.. Thanks yo him I found me a space to fit my needs and will be making my reservation at this location soon.. Thanks Keith!!!!
Great location Keith and the crew keep that property in tip top shape. It gets cold in the winter. Just a heads up.
Great discret secure location the manager Kieth was a big help.
Expensive. They raised the rate from less than $100 to $134 for a 5x10 within 2 years. No elevator. Otherwise fine.
